Refund policy

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

Returning products is easy.

All returns are free. We do not charge restocking fees or any additional fees. We also accept exchanges.

If you receive a broken, damaged, or defective item, or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, the cost of returning the item is fully covered by us.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email support@kumkis.com  with your order details. Our customer service team will provide you with the return instructions.

Please note: only products in new condition can be returned. This means the item must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and labels still attached.

Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. The amount will be credited to the payment card used to place the order.

We comply with all relevant laws regarding returns and refunds.
